Welcome to Ship The FastWay. These terms govern your use of our services, including logistics and pet transportation. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Service Agreement

We offer national and international logistics services, including pet shipment. Our responsibility begins when an order is confirmed and continues through the final delivery.

2. Shipping Commitment

We guarantee delivery within a maximum of 72 hours. If we fail to meet this timeline due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pet Shipping Terms

• Clients must provide all necessary pet documents including health certificates.
• Pet carriers must meet airline regulations (we can assist with guidance).
• All pets are handled with the utmost care and compassion.

4. Pet Insurance

Optional pet insurance is available and highly recommended. Coverage details will be provided at the time of purchase. We facilitate claims on your behalf but are not the underwriter of the policy.

5. Additional Airline or Airport Fees

Any additional fees imposed by third-party carriers (airlines, customs, airport authorities) are the customer’s responsibility. We will notify you in advance where possible. If a refund from a third party becomes available, we commit to processing it promptly for the customer.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Full refund if canceled before shipment dispatch.
• Partial refund if canceled after dispatch but before arrival.
• No refund for completed deliveries unless delay exceeds 72 hours (our fault).

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or loss due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, airline delays, or customs issues. Our maximum liability for any loss or damage is limited to the declared value or insured amount.

8. Data Protection

Your personal and shipment data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and maintain appropriate safeguards.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
