We offer national and international logistics services, including pet shipment. Our responsibility begins when an order is confirmed and continues through the final delivery.
We guarantee delivery within a maximum of 72 hours. If we fail to meet this timeline due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued.
Optional pet insurance is available and highly recommended. Coverage details will be provided at the time of purchase. We facilitate claims on your behalf but are not the underwriter of the policy.
Any additional fees imposed by third-party carriers (airlines, customs, airport authorities) are the customer’s responsibility. We will notify you in advance where possible. If a refund from a third party becomes available, we commit to processing it promptly for the customer.
We are not liable for delays or loss due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, airline delays, or customs issues. Our maximum liability for any loss or damage is limited to the declared value or insured amount.
Your personal and shipment data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and maintain appropriate safeguards.
